Patch Test

Cancellation Policy

a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. It is your responsibility to arrange the appropriate patch test for your treatment. If you choose to go ahead without one, you can sign a disclaimer at the appointment Please take care to check all pre treatment information emailed to you prior to your appointment. All payments/deposits are non refundable, however if you would like to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice, you can transfer your deposit to your next appointment. If you arrive later than 15 minutes to your appointment, you may have to reschedule and your deposit will be lost. No shows are not tolerated, any no show with no communication will result in no future bookings being allowed.
